Cancellations and Change Deadlines

For purchases under $200.00 not affected by severe weather events we offer in-store credit the deadline to submit your request is at 9am the day prior to delivery. 

Orders cancelled or changed after this deadline are subject to a cancellation charge ranging from 15%-100% of the order value depending on the extent of the preparations made for the order.

We are unable to cancel or change an order on the date of delivery.

For purchase over $200.00 which are not affected by severe weather events.

For a full refund the deadline to submit your request is 9am, 5 days prior to delivery or in-store credit will be issued.

HOW TO CANCEL AND CHANGE

Please send your email request to designerballoonstudio.com or call (441)7032832. Please consider your order cancelled or changed only when you received confirmations by email.

 

SEVERE WEATHER POLICY

In the event of forecast severe weather someone from Designer Balloons Studio will make contact to the customer the day prior to delivery to reconfirm /postpone/or cancel/in store credit will be offered.

Designer Balloons is not able to change or cancel an order if the request is made on delivery date.If Designer Balloons Studio is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather the customers will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
